2025 NBA Title Odds as of January 4
Most NBA teams have played between 33 and 35 games thus far. And I’m sure everyone had the Cleveland Cavaliers as the team with the best winning percentage in the NBA.
There are some truths we know: Zion and LaMelo are typically hurt, the Wizards stink, Jokic keeps getting better and the Sixers are doomed to lose to the Celtics again in the playoffs.
There are some truths we now know: the Knicks clearly won the KAT trade, Hartenstein is a perfect fit in OKC, the Rockets resemble the toughness of their coach and no one wants to be guarded by Dyson Daniels.

- Atlantic: The Knicks closed the gap on the Celtics. The order stayed the same.
- Central: The Cavs are tied for the shortest odds to win their division. The Bulls tied the Pistons.
- Northwest: The Thunder are tied for the shortest odds to win their division. The Blazers and Jazz are now tied.
- Pacific: The Clippers are the new division favorites going from fourth to first. The Warriors went from first to third, the Suns from second to fourth and the Lakers from third to second.
- Southeast: The order stayed the same but the Heat and Hawks have closed the gap on the Magic. The Hawks went from 28/1 to 5/1.
- Southwest: The Grizzlies are the new favorites switching places with the Mavericks.
